Energy healing is a technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes natural healing and peace through removing blockages and balancing the core energy fields which can result in feeling stuck mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually as well as illness, pain, and weakness when blocked. Energy healing works by taking the life force energy to balance and strengthen the flow of energy in your body through the flow of energy in the practitioner’s hand.

Individuals come in for energy healing to receive relaxation, spiritual awareness and/or guidance, relief from physical pain, activate healing for symptom management of depression, anxiety, and trauma responses, grief/loss, improved sleep, and promote self healing and increase overall healthier functioning. Some clients come to receive energy healing to balance their energy fields (chakras, meridian, aura)
