What is mind-body therapy?
Mind-body therapy consists of a group of therapeutic practices that integrate the use of the body to affect the mind to promote relaxation, practice mindfulness, and improve overall well-being.
At Crimson Wellness we use meditation, yoga, tapping, and somatic techniques to connect the mind and the body to promote healing, relaxation, and improve overall well-being.
Currently we offer only individual private sessions. Group sessions are coming soon.
